We typically require candidates who have between 3 to 10 years experience in their respective disciplines.
The skills we look for are:

• Microsoft .NET ? C#, VB.NET, ASP.NET, OO skills
• Java Developers ? Swing, Jsp, Eclipse, Websphere, Application Server, Patterns, OO Skills etc.
• SQL Development skills ? Transact SQL, PL SQL, Relational Database Design
• Business Intelligence development skills ? SSIS, Analysis Services, Crystal Reports, Performance Point
• Enterprise Architecture skills ? Service Oriented Architectures (e.g. WCF), Biz Talk, System Integration skills
• Business Analysis, particularly with a background in Financial Services and Insurance
• Project Management, Team Lead
