In addition to Labour Broking services, we provide recruitment services (permanent placements) for our clients where the client prefers to hire permanent staff rather than work with contractors.

Labour Broking Services (Onsite Contractor Provision)

Many clients require the services of temporary contract resources, who they do not wish to recruit and deal with directly, due to admin and HR overheads as well as the associated risk.

CyberPro offers labour broking services to our clients for this purpose. The client deals with one entity, CyberPro Consulting.

Our labour broking services include the following:

  • Sourcing of appropriate technical contractors.
  • CyberPro Consulting utilizes contract as well as our permanent staff to meet our clients' onsite contractor requirements
  • CyberPro handles all admin, payroll and HR issues related to the contract workers
  • Our contractor fees are highly competitive
  • CyberPro takes an active role with our onsite contractors to ensure successful delivery and contractor performance
  • We offer flexible billing arrangements including for example fixed monthly billing where the client only pays for a fixed number of hours per month, time and material billing where the client pays for the actual hours worked by contractors, and combinations of these two models such as for example capped time and material billing where the client pays for the actual hours worked up to a capped maximum.
  • For certain contractors, if agreed upfront with the client, we offer our clients the ability to convert contract resources to permanent resources if the client decides that they would like to employ a contractor permanently after having contracted them for a period of time. The client will pay a reduced placement fee depending on how long the contractor has been contracted to the client through CyberPro Recruitment on conversion.

Candidate Screening Services

Over and above the in-house candidate interview and question process we are able to offer our clients a one stop shop in terms of candidate background checks and aptitude tests.

Background Check Services

At the clients request we offer the following free services on short-listed candidates:

  • Education check
  • Credit history check
  • Criminal record check
  • Drivers license check

Aptitude Testing

CyberPro Recruitment performs job specific skills as well as basic personality and aptitude assessment in house. The client may however wish to put short-listed candidates through a more thorough personality and aptitude assessment.

Through Thomas International, CyberPro Recruitment offers the following tests at additional cost to the client:

  • PPA (Personal Profile Analysis) – Determines what type of job the candidate is most suited to from a behavioural perspective and assesses the candidate’s personality type. This test will determine broad personality traits such as the candidate’s assertiveness, level of independence etc.
  • TST (Techniques for Selection and Training) – This test is designed to asses the individual’s learning potential. In combination with the PPA, this test provides un unbiased picture of the candidate to the employer.
