CyberPro focues in providing BI solutions on the Microsoft platform. This entails SQL Server 2005, SQL Server 2008, SQL Server Reporting Services (RS), SQL Server Analysis Services as well as Microsoft Performance Point (Previously ProClarity).

Our Microsoft focus does not mean that CyberPro is limited to servicing clients who run Microsoft environments. Where our clients run technology such as Oracle, BD2, Sybase or any other database platform, the approach is to extract the data from the clients system into a SQL Data Warehouse.
This process is called ETL (Extraction, Transformation and Loading). Regardless of the client's database technology the approach is always similar. CyberPro chooses to utilize the Microsoft Business Intelligence suite due to it's extensive capability, ease of support and it's integration with MS Office, which is the knowledge worker desktop suite of choice for the majority of organisations.
